Submission Guidelines

We aim to support creativity and as such are happy to receive submissions for pretty much anything, that being said we do reserve the right to refuse submissions either because we feel it does not fit with the overall theme of the site or because we deem the content inappropriate.

We currently accept submissions across a variety of categories including music, books, TV & Film, and games so assuming you follow the instructions below, then feel free to submit your content to us. I would like to add however that we tend to focus on local, indie and/or non-mainstream content but this is mainly because we feel that those projects are most in need of our support. 

Below are submission guidelines for the content we receive most often: 


Music Submissions
To be considered for review, in your initial message tell us Your Name (if you are a solo artist) or the Name of your Band/Group (if you are a Band/Group). Please also include a brief bio of you or your band/group (depending upon which is relevant to your submission). In the bio mentioned above please detail who you are, where you are from/based, who is in the band (assuming that’s relevant) and what position they play in the band (again assuming that’s relevant). 

Alongside that I would like you to send a copy of what you would like to be reviewed, this can be either in the form of a physical copy, mp3 files or a link to where the submission can be streamed or otherwise downloaded. Lastly, if you can, please provide links to relevant social media accounts so that they can be tagged once the review has been posted. 


Book Submissions
To be considered for review, in your initial message tell us Your Name, a brief bio (of the author) and a synopsis of the book(s). I would also like you to tell us whether or not the book was self-published. If you were traditionally published please also let us know who your publisher was, additionally please also let us know the length of the book and the date of publication

Alongside that I would like you to send a copy of what you would like reviewed, this can be in any format although we prefer PDF. If you cannot provide a copy directly then please provide a link to where the submission can be purchased/downloaded. Lastly, if you can, please provide links to relevant social media accounts so that they can be tagged once the review has been posted. 


So now that you’ve checked out what we need from you, and assuming you still want to submit your content to us, head over to the contact section of the site and send us a message with all of the requested information and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Finally I would like to add that we receive a lot of submissions on a daily basis and so you should expect to wait at least 72 hours from sending your initial message to getting a reply. Also assuming that we do go ahead with a review you should be prepared to wait at least two weeks for it to be uploaded to the site, although if there is a time constraint regarding your content then let us know and we will do our best to get the review posted on the required date.
