Drink Review: Coca-Cola Intergalactic

Coca-Cola Intergalactic, also known as Coca-Cola Starlight in the North American market, Coca-Cola Stardust in South Korea, and Coca-Cola Starshine in Thailand. No matter what it’s called, it is a limited edition version of Coca-Cola and it is distributed by The Coca-Cola Company and its bottlers.

I’ve talked about Coca-Cola before on the site, and you can check out what I thought of Coca-Cola Energy by clicking here

Anyway, today I’m going to share my thoughts on Coca-Cola Intergalactic, and joining me for this taste test will be Tori B Bearly.

Coca-Cola Intergalactic
So I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from this, because according to official statements made by Coca-Cola, “Its taste includes additional notes reminiscent of stargazing around a campfire, as well as a cooling sensation that evokes the feeling of a cold journey to space.”

That’s kinda hard to parse in terms of what that actually means when you’re drinking it, but I was eager to try it nonetheless. So in a strange turn of events, Tori who usually loves Coca-Cola wasn’t really a fan, meanwhile I, who can usually take or leave Coca-Cola really loved it. What’s even stranger is that the flavours I could really pick out, which include cream soda and vanilla, aren’t usually high on my list of preferred flavours but it still really worked for me. It was sweet, and pleasant and after having had three or four cans now I can firmly say I’m a fan. It’s just a shame that it’ll be leaving in August 2022.
