Bhad Bhabie is a Florida Native and rapper, who first came to public attention following an appearance on Dr. Phil in 2006. She became viral online, and later turned that into a viable career as a musician. I’ve talked about her music before and you can check that out here, but for today I will be reviewing her single ‘Bi Polar’ which was released on October 29th 2021.
‘Bi Polar’ opens with a sort of old fashioned big band style accompaniment that blends into a more genre appropriate, percussive beat. It’s really interesting and again, Bhabie’s delivery is superb, and I like that she doesn’t mask her voice too much, she has a nice vocal range and a pleasing voice to listen to, and she steers into that with her own style of melodic rap that speaks to her unique outlook in life.
