Single Review: Jennifer Porter – Show Me Your Love

‘Show Me Your Love’ is a comforting winter gift that we need now more than ever! Jennifer Porter is stunning in her performance, and her voice creates a joyful atmosphere that is contagious for all the right reasons!

The Maine artist’s new single is from her recent album, ‘Sun Come And Shine,’ released this summer. ‘Show Me Your Love’ is undoubtedly one of the album’s highlights. However, each tune is exceptional in its own right. ‘Show Me Your Love,’ on the other hand, is cut from a different cloth! Furthermore, it possesses all of the elements necessary to become one of our generation’s most influential blues and soul tracks.

It begins with a calm intro, and the drums enter the mix quickly and propel the route forward. Jennifer then reaches for the microphone and comes in with the lovely piano tones, which instantly satisfy the ears. Her vocals begin with a relaxed vibe, and she takes a melancholy approach in the first section. She quickly gets down to business in the opening verse, reaching deep and rising to omnipotent power.

The lyrical direction of ‘Show Me Your Love,’ which is on display here, is remarkable. Jennifer is tired of the doom and gloom that pervades modern society, and she wishes to see more love in the world. She speaks candidly about her beloved, expressing herself in a diatonic manner that evokes a strong emotion that many can identify with quickly.

You can check out the track by heading on over to Spotify. While you’re at it, this isn’t the first time we’ve reviewed the artist and you can check that out here. Oh, and make sure and support the artist by following them on Facebook and Instagram.
