Beth Macari is a soul singer/songwriter from Newcastle, and this isn’t the first time I’ve reviewed the artist, you can check out more here. Today, I will be reviewing her single ‘Love You More’ which was released on July 30th 2021.
‘Love You More’ opens with a smooth, melodic intro, light percussive adding to the rich, sultry tones of Macari. This song has such an easy going energy, and you are just captivated from the moment that Beth starts singing. I like the vocal harmonies throughout, they enhance an already good song. I love music like this, because objectively it’s a simple enough tune, but you are just caught up in the performance and the passion and soul of the singer. This is not a track to be listened to just once, and I urge you to check it out now.
