Steven Ryan is a pop/adult contemporary singer-songwriter from Southern Ontario, Canada and today I will be reviewing his single ‘Burns Like Fire’ which was released on the 23rd July 2021.
‘Burns Like Fire’ opens fast, a striking chord that continues intermittently throughout, and I get my first experience of Steven’s voice, he has a powerful striking tone that gives you chills. He’s very well placed vocally where he has gravel and depth to his voice, but can equally hit the higher notes as well. I like the energy of this track, it has a catchy rhythm with the right blend of melody and beat that really sticks in your mind, and when it picks up a little so does Ryan, just delivering some phenomenal vocal runs that just really steal the show and ensure I’ll be keeping an eye out for his future releases.
