Lonely Lost Boy - Don’t Be A Fool Artwork

Gordon Hennessy who is performing as Lonely Lost Boy is a singer/songwriter from Dundee, who has been involved in music since he was fourteen. Over that time he has supported a variety of other acts such as The Twang, The Sherlocks and Gerry Cinnamon. Today I will be reviewing his debut single ‘Don’t Be A Fool’ which was released on May 1st 2021. Make sure and keep an eye out for a review of his upcoming second single ‘Starting Over’.#

‘Don’t Be A Fool’ opens with an incredibly fast paced, guitar intro, high energy and well built up, that merges with Lost Boy’s vocals which match the tone and energy, and lending the track the benefit of his warm vocals enhanced by a rich Scottish twang. I really enjoyed this track, not just liked it…enjoyed it. It was memorable, with a lively rhythm that really captured and held my attention. I am incredibly excited to hear his next track if this is the quality of his music.

So that’s what I thought about Lonely Lost Boy’s single ‘Don’t Be A Fool’ and if you want to check that out then head on over to Spotify. Make sure and support the artist by following them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
