Slim XxX is a hip-hop artist, and today I am lucky enough to review their single ‘Lite Rain’ which was released on December 24th 2020.
‘Lite Rain’ opens with a heavy but slow paced bass beat, that blends in light percussion and various synthy tones, and flowing through that is Slim XxX’s vocals, her sultry voice absolute perfection against the beat and melody backing her. Before being sent this track I’d never heard of the artist before but now I’m eagerly awaiting their next track because she is a truly rich and talented performing, her vocals and lyrics sharp and engaging, all coming together for an impressive track that’s anything but light.
