Thomas Atlas - Got This Feeling Artwork

Thomas Atlas is grooving his way through 2021 with his new release ‘Got This Feeling’. The fresh release is a standout and the Birmingham singer bosses it with a delivery which charms from the instant.

Musically, the entire track is medicine to the ears of anyone looking to get away from the craziness of the modern world. It excites from the get-go, and the instrumental and vocals synergise leaving an experience full of zest.

Thomas has a lot of music knowledge under his belt due to his travels worldwide with some of the world’s most fantastic funk and blues players. He has taken a hint of what works well from his journeys, and he puts what he has learnt to great use with his music. He knows how to evoke the feel good, and if this track sounds as good as it does on record, the live performance will be even more outstanding.

Thomas has infectious vocal technique and it instantly sends him to the top table. His tone is crisp, and he brings a warm touch too with a delightful timbre. He leverages his vocal range here with his high tones often soaring and his low and mid-range ability taking the limelight too for good measure.

Overall, ‘Got This Feeling’ is a track that will likely hang around for quite some time. It is a technique which funk musicians master every time, let’s face it, can you think of a funk track which has become outdated? They never do, and it appears that ‘Got This Feeling’ by Thomas Atlas will have the same fate with fans already flocking far and wide to grab a listen.
