Liane V is a multi-disciplined Los Angeles based sensation, who has seen success as a model, beauty influencer, actress, dancer and most relevant to this review, a musician. Today I will be reviewing their single ‘Who You Are’ which was released on September 8th 2020.
‘Who You Are’ opens fast, with a charged percussive beat that blends well with Liane V’s sharp and smoothly delivered vocals. I really liked the energy of this track, and Liane V’s voice, her lyrics flow well and you just get caught up in the mood of the track. It’s super catchy, but don’t mistake it for just generic, pop fluff, it has personality and a great vibe to it, that makes it a really enjoyable track and while before stumbling across her on Instagram I’d never heard of the artist before, this track has ensured I’ll keep an eye out for her in the future.
