Slowride is an indie rock outfit formed in early 2020 and is made up of Ali Epstone on Vocals, Phil Jones on Guitar/Synth and Tomas Oliver Moore on Drums. Today I will be reviewing their debut single ‘I Feel Like You’ which was released on the 27th November 2020.
‘I Feel Like You’ opened with a sweet bassy beat, that layered percussion on it as it built in speed, the vocals merging it, and synthy notes working as an undertone to the melody. It’s a fairly busy track off the bat, but it has great energy, and you just get caught up in the rhythm. I’m really excited to hear more from Slowride, because even though they are made up of established artists, this is a truly superior debut track, and I’m excited to see what they do next together.
So that’s what I thought of Slowride’s single ‘I Feel Like You’ and you can check that out by heading over to Spotify. Make sure and support the band by following them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
