Single Review: Roberta Childs – Colours

Roberta Childs - Colours Artwork

Roberta Childs is a singer/songwriter from Glasgow and today I’ll be reviewing her single ‘Colours’ which was released on October 10th 2019.

‘Colours’ opens fast with a heavy pounding bass sequence that builds until the vocal breakdown, where the tone and feel of the track shifts somewhat. It still maintains a high energy and there are several explosive points in the track but nothing that overpowers Roberta’s exceptional voice. I wasn’t sure what to expect seeing as this was my first experience with the artist but I was impressed by this frenzied and powerful track and look forward to hearing more from the artist.

So that’s what I thought of Roberta Childs single ‘Colours’ and if you want to check it out you can head on over to Spotify. Make sure and support the artist by following them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
