Vola Tila is an Alternative/Indie/Pop band from Stockholm, Sweden made up of Richard Andersson and Johannes Henrikson. Today I will be reviewing their single ‘All Alone’ which was released on the 13th December 2019.
‘All Alone’ has a very atmospheric, electronic intro that swells and builds around you, becoming subtly more complex, and easing you into this phenomenal track. I like the low-key melancholic vibe I get from this song, and it reminds me just a little bit of ‘Creep’ by Radiohead, not sure why but if anyone else with a better ear can listen and see if they get it as well that’d be great. But comparisons to ‘Creep’ aside, it’s a really strong track that’s well paced and evokes such a powerful reaction. I cannot wait to hear more from the group.
So that’s what I thought of Vola Tila’s single ‘All Alone’ and if you want to check that out then head on over to Spotify. Make sure and support the band by following them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
