So if you are unfamiliar with Danielle Bregoli also known as Bhad Bhabie, she is a rapper and internet personality from Florida, who first came to the public eye after an appearance on Dr. Phil. She was able to build on that fame, and in 2017 became the youngest female rapper to appear on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. I have previously reviewed some of her non-album singles and you can check those out here and here. But today I am reviewing her single ‘I Got It’ which was released in 2017.
‘I Got It’ opens with some sharp synth notes that evoke a very conflicting reaction, one which I feel goes right through the entire track. Now I’ve mentioned in previous Bhabie reviews, and in other rap reviews that I’ve always been kinda uncertain about reviewing rap music, I mean I like the genre, and I truly admire the complex lyrics that are often present, but I feel like I’m not personally great at critically analysing it. But honestly I’ve really enjoyed reviewing Bhabie’s music. She has such a prominent personality that’s present in every word, she delivers each line well, and vocally she has a strong voice that works well for rap but you can also tell she has the potential to be a really melodic vocalist as well. I think what I liked most about this track was the quickfire procession of it, it flowed really well, and no part felt like it dragged or was wasted, and as I said you get a real impression of the artist from the track.
So that’s what I thought of Bhad Bhabie’s single ’I Got It’ and if you want to check that out for yourself then head on over to Spotify. While you’re at it, make sure and support the artist by visiting their website, and by following them on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Bhabie has also recently started an Onlyfans account, which you can check out here, if that’s something that interests you.
