Philip Brooks is a 21 year old bleach-blonde dream pop artist and today I’ll be reviewing his track ‘Spend Some Time Alone Inside my Head’ which was released on 25th April 2019.
‘Spend Some Time Alone Inside My Head’ opens with some thumping percussion that builds until the strings kick in, after which it falls to the background. We are then treated to Brooks vocals which are dream-like, but no less amazing. I always feel goofy saying things like this, but as a music aficionado, who has at this point reviewed about 500 albums, EPs and/or singles I truly believe there are just some voices you get lost in, and this is very true of Brooks.
So that’s what I thought of Philip Brooks single ‘Spend Some Time Alone Inside My Head’ and if you want to check that out then head on over to Spotify. Make sure and also support the artist by following him on Facebook and Twitter.
