The Blue Herons is a solo project, with an 80’s/90’s rock style, I’ve reviewed music from the Blue Herons before, and you can check that out here. Andi Jossi the man behind The Blue Herons, also has another project, The Churchhill Garden which I’ve also previously reviewed and you can check that out here. Anyway, today I’ll be reviewing their latest track ‘The Way You Look At Me (ft. Krissy Vanderwoude)’ which was released on June 6th 2019.

‘The Way You Look At Me (ft. Krissy Vanderwoude)’ is a soft, melodic track that builds gently, blending the gorgeous vocals of Krissy Vanderwoude with an atmospheric and light instrumental that just soothes the soul. It’s so airy and hopeful, and recently I’ve been dealing with a lot of issues to do with anxiety, songs like this, uplifting as they are really help.

So that’s what I thought of The Blue Herons single ‘The Way You Look At Me (ft. Krissy Vanderwoude)’ and if you want to check that out for yourself then head on over to Bandcamp. Make sure and support The Blue Herons by following them on Facebook.
