I’ve reviewed The Blue Herons before, which you can check out here but in case you didn’t see that, The Blue Herons is a rock based musical project from Andy Jossi, a musician based in Switzerland. He’s also behind, The Churchhill Garden, another musical project who I’ve also reviewed and you can check that out here. This isn’t the first time he’s collabed with Thierry Haliniak, another musician either and you can check him out in My Raining Stars. Today I’ll be reviewing their track ‘Another Chance (ft. Thierry Haliniak)’ which was released on April 5th 2019.

‘Another Chance (ft. Thierry Haliniak)’ has a high energy intro, it builds up, this impressive electronic melody, the vocals seem distorted which works well with the track, ever so slightly echoed to create an interesting, almost dream-like effect. I also like that there’s a lot going on, but it’s composed in such a fashion that you never feel like it’s cluttered, and there are slower sections to act as a balance.

So that’s what I thought of The Blue Herons single ‘Another Chance (ft. Thierry Haliniak)’ and if you want to check that out for yourself then head on over to Bandcamp. While you’re at it support The Blue Herons by following them on Facebook.
