Single Review: Amanda Rheaume – The Skin I’m In

Amanda Rheaume single 'The Skin I’m In' Artwork

Amanda Rheaume is a singer-songwriter from Ottawa, Canada who performs powerful Folk/Americana music. Today I’ll be reviewing her latest track ‘The Skin I’m In’. If you want to find out more about the artist the check out this interview I did with her.

‘The Skin I’m In’ has a slow, mellow opening, guitars and a subtle percussive beat, that merges expertly with Amanda’s voice, all of that just helps to carry you along as you are swept away by the intense emotional track. I’ve been a bit overloaded in regards to submissions lately, but hearing a track like this makes it all worthwhile. It connects with you from the get go, and If Amanda Rheaume isn’t someday packing out every venue she performs then I will be shocked.

So that’s what I thought of Amanda Rheaume’s single ‘The Skin I’m In’ and if you want to check that out then head on over to Spotify. And make sure and support the artist by following them on Facebook and Twitter.
