The Dude Pistons are a three piece band from Central Scotland and today I’ll be reviewing their latest single ‘Piledrive my Heart’. I’ve previously reviewed one of their tracks ‘Chill the Fuck Out’ which you can check out here.

‘Piledrive my Heart’ opens with a young boy talking, then explodes into an amazing guitar riff, heavy and full of energy, fighting against the vocals but in a way that works really well. It certainly works when the song is called ‘Piledrive my Heart’, and not only is it a song that just plows forward, all that energy and epic guitar and percussion just hammering you down, but also it’s kinda catchy, and I did find myself singing it.

So that’s what I thought of The Dude Pistons single ‘Piledrive my Heart’ and you can check it out for yourself on YouTube. And support the band by following them on Facebook and Twitter.
