The Lake (June) was inspired by an illustration, and what Djana thought of it, she saw a journey and a quest, and finding answers from deep with ‘The Lake’. I like music, I wouldn’t be doing music reviews otherwise but my first love has always been stories so I love pieces like this that combine a beautiful melody with a cohesive narrative, you just get swept along by the ups and downs of Djana’s voice as we travel across the surface of the lake.
