Single Review: Swearwolves – Strings

Swearwolves single 'Strings' Artwork

Swearwolves are a three piece, Indie rock band based in Glasgow and today I’ll be reviewing their debut single ‘Strings’.

‘Strings’ opens with some smooth guitars and some incredibly strong vocals, they alone would make this a great track, but the rhythm of the guitar really packs a wallop as well. I tend to review positively but with tracks like this its just too easy, and I will definitely be getting this track when I get a chance. It’s not just a good track, but the hook for the song really resonates, it’s the kind of song you find yourself just singing, the one where people know it, maybe not every word but you get to the chorus and everyone sings along. It’s just amazing that they’ve only been performing together since earlier this year and they are already putting out music on this level.

So that’s what I thought of ‘Strings’ from Glasgow based band Swearwolves and if you want to check out the track for yourself then you can pop over to Soundcloud. And while you’re at it support the band by following them on Facebook.
