Single Review: The Ghost Tape – Followed Down

The Ghost Tape – Followed Down Artwork

The Ghost Tape are an Aberdeen based alt-rock duo made up of Chris Simpson and Jeff Bruce and today I’ll be reviewing their new track ‘Followed Down’.

‘Followed Down’ opens with blaring guitars that charge forward quickly supported by some heavy percussion, and then they give way to an amazing bassline and vocals. The vocalist has a very distinct voice, which works well with the track. ‘Followed Down’ has a lot of energy but doesn’t feel like it’s rushing, and all over this track is an excellent introduction to the band and certainly has made me want to keep a look out for more.

So that’s what I thought of ‘Followed Down’ by The Ghost Tape and you can check that out now on YouTube. And if you want to keep up with The rock duo from Aberdeen then follow them on Facebook and Twitter.
