Single Review: Lo Rays – Optional

Lo Rays 'Optional' Artwork

Lo Rays is a progressive pop band based in Glasgow and today I’ll be reviewing their new single ‘Optional’ and keep your eyes peeled for an Interview I’m doing with them going live as well. But anyways let’s get on with the review.

‘Optional’ is a very atmospheric track that just takes you away with it, the lead singer is a talented vocalist, whose accent lends a little something extra to the track. I especially liked the opening because it kind of works its way around you, coming and going and while I don’t know too much about this band yet, liking this track is not optional, you’ll like it because it’s good, because its dreamy and because the melody will get stuck in your head for days.

So that’s what I thought of Lo Rays and their new single ‘Optional’ and if you want to check that out for yourself then go to Spotify and if you want to keep up to date with the band then follow them on Facebook.
