Single Review: Come the Spring – Better Now

Come the Spring Album Artwork

Come the Spring is a post-hardcore alt rock band from Brighton made up of Sam Craddock on Vocals, David Gamage on Lead guitar, Mark Wilkinson on Bass, Simon Goldrick on Rhythm guitar and Jamie Donbroski on Drums. Today I’ll be reviewing their single ‘Better Now’ from their Album ‘Echoes’ which was released on the 9th March 2018 by Engineer Records.

‘Better Now’ is a good track, before I sat down to write this review I did listen to it a few more time than I usually do because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to say about it, in the end I’ve decided to say that it sits just right, the vocals sections are strong and not overpowering, there is a really nice slow down at about the 2 minute mark and the band itself works really well together. I liked this track and think that you should certainly get hold of ‘Echoes’ the album it’s from if you can.

So that’s what I thought of Come the Spring and their single ‘Better Now’ which you can check out here on Youtube. And if you want to keep up to date with the band then follow them on Facebook and Twitter.
