Klammer are a Leeds based, four piece alternative/dark pop/post punk band made up of Paul Strickland on Guitar/Vocals, Steve Whitfield on Guitar/Vocals, Mike Addy on Bass and Bruno Almeida on Drums. I’ve previously reviewed them and you can check that out here. Today I’ll be reviewing their latest release ‘Spiral Girl’ which has been available since 13th July 2018.
‘Spiral Girl’ comes fast out of the gate with an almost suspenseful reverberating melody, that’s built upon expertly by the band, and clear cut vocals that rise and fall with the music, the whole ‘Spiral Girl’ tune got stuck in my head, and I found myself just kind of singing it, so in terms of just how catchy it is I’d give it top marks, overall it’s a great little track, and I recommend you give it a listen because between this and their other track I reviewed recently ‘Modern God’ Klammer have a fan right here.
So that’s what I thought of Klammer and their latest single ‘Spiral Girl’ which you can check out on Youtube. And while you’re at it make sure and follow the band on Facebook and Twitter.
