Single Review: Heart of Jordan – Deny

Heart of Jordan single 'Deny' Artwork

Heart of Jordan are a five piece Alt-Metal/Rock band from Lansing, Michigan made up of Preston Mailand on Vocals, Eric TenEyck on Guitar, Elijah White on Guitar, Daniel Ray Fell Jr on Bass and Andrew Everett on Drums.

‘Deny’ starts hammering out straight away, i was in a kind of lull at the start of writing this because I’ve been up way longer than my body wants to be awake but this put a little kick into my step, like caffeine for the ears. It doesn’t just go mental though, some bands that are heavier sometimes go for passion and energy over substance and that can work, everyone likes to cut loose from time to time but Heart of Jordan have blended all that passion and energy with genuine skill and a song that just sticks with you, I’ve had this on hold for review for a while longer than usual and I like to keep listening to tracks I’m reviewing to give my most honest opinion and I will say that whatever you are doing Heart of Jordan’s ‘Deny’ is the perfect accompaniment.

So that’s what I thought of Heart of Jordan and their new single ‘Deny’ which you can check out on Spotify. And if you want to keep up to date with the band then follow them on Facebook and Twitter.
