MAYPINE are a five piece pop punk band from Brighton, UK made up of Becky East on lead guitar, Dan Jarvis on rhythm guitar and backing-vocals, Jason Payne on Vocals, Tommy Roberts on Bass and James Holdsworth on Drums.
‘Give’ starts off with a pounding blend of instruments that lets you know they are starting off strong. Of all the tracks I’ve listened to today this one is probably the one that I think seems the most like it’d be the soundtrack to a movie, it just has a certain quality to it that I feel would vibe well with some visuals. But the song itself doesn’t need them, it stand on its own well and you just find yourself feeling the song. It’s not too heavy, and it’s not too slow its the perfect track to elevate whatever you’re doing. Another reason why I think it has excellent soundtrack potential.
